ANN ARBOR, Mich. - October 22, 2002 - Domino's, Inc. today announced that its Chief Executive Officer, David Brandon, and its Chief Financial Officer, Harry Silverman, have certified the Company's financial reports, in compliance with both the Securities and Exchange Commission Order 4-460 and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
