Domino's Announces Date for 2005 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

(NYSE: DPZ), the recognized world leader in pizza delivery, today announced that its 2005 annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. EDT, at Domino's Pizza World Resource Center at 30 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan. The record date for the annual meeting is March 25, 2005. Only shareholders of record on that date are entitled to vote at the meeting.
