Lawrence Named Vice President and Corporate Controller

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Apr 4, 2002 - Jeffrey D. Lawrence has been promoted to Vice President and Corporate Controller, according to an announcement by Harry Silverman, Chief Financial Officer. In his role, Lawrence will be responsible for leading company-wide accounting, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and other financial duties.

"Jeff has done a tremendous job over the past year leading our company-wide accounting and external reporting," said Silverman. "I am excited for Jeff to take on additional responsibilities and duties in the coming years."

Lawrence, 28, is the youngest person to ever hold the position of Controller in Domino's history. Employed by the company since May 2000, he most recently served as Senior Director of Financial Reporting.

Prior to joining Domino's, Lawrence worked as an audit manager with Arthur Andersen LLP in the firm's Detroit, Michigan office. Lawrence graduated summa cum laude from Wayne State University in 1995 with a B.B.A. majoring in Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.

He resides in Brighton, Michigan with his wife, Tricia, and their two children.
