Alexandra Rozema named PeopleFirst Director

ANN ARBOR, Mich - June 5, 2002 – Domino's Pizza has announced the promotion of Alexandra (Allmacher) Rozema to PeopleFirst Director, reporting to Patti Wilmot, Executive Vice President PeopleFirst. 

 In her new capacity, Alex will serve as the primary PeopleFirst liaison with the Finance, Accounting and International departments and will be responsible for selection, employee relations, compensation and training initiatives. In addition, Alex and her team will help lead the selection process for salaried positions in Distribution, Corporate Operations and Franchise Operations.

Rozema, who has been with Domino's Pizza since August of 2001, most recently served as Senior PeopleFirst Planning Analyst. Before joining Domino's, Alex was an adjunct Professor of Human Resources at the University of Detroit Mercy.

Rozema earned her Bachelors of Business Administration from Western Michigan University and her Master's of Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. Originally from Clinton Township, MI, Rozema and her husband, Tom, currently reside in Belleville, MI.
