Stefania Gvillo joined Domino’s in September 2020 as senior vice president – chief analytics and insights officer. She is passionate about building high performance teams as well as fueling business decisions by intersecting hard data with human empathy and cultural trends. Gvillo is influential in transforming brands, increasing consumer value and driving sustainable growth.
For the past three years, Gvillo was the global head of insights and analytics at Mondelēz International. She and her team steered decisions on iconic brands like Oreo, Cadbury, belVita, etc.
Gvillo previously spent 15 years at PepsiCo in progressive roles and ultimately served as vice president of portfolio strategy and insights for the North America beverages division. Prior to PepsiCo, she held various insights and analytics roles at Clorox, Ralston Purina and in the dot-com industry.
Gvillo holds an MBA from Washington University, with a concentration in marketing.
