Kevin Morris has served as Domino's executive vice president – general counsel since joining the company in January 2017. He was appointed to also serve as corporate secretary in October 2018.
Morris brings decades of experience within a wealth of critical legal functions. Prior to joining Domino's, he was most recently senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for New York-based Equinox Holdings Inc., and its various operating subsidiaries and affiliates. These include a portfolio of lifestyle brands, including Equinox, SoulCycle, Blink Fitness and Equinox Hotels.
He has worked for some of the world's most well-respected brands, and has global experience tied to mergers and acquisitions, major financing transactions, corporate governance, and intellectual property protection.
His extensive experience also includes operating his own private legal practice, and prior to that, serving as vice president and associate general counsel at Global Hyatt Corp., a predecessor in interest to Hyatt Hotels Corp. Morris also was senior international attorney and staff director at McDonald's Corp., and began his career as an attorney at Rudnick & Wolfe, a predecessor in interest to DLA Piper.
Morris holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Illinois.
